System: We have 100 Aiwa cassette recorders with con-tinuous off-tape monitoring and Dolby HX-PRO. Copies are normally made flat, but our full post-production and copymastering facilities are available when required. 

Playback sources: We can handle all usual analogue and digital formats, plus many unusual and obsolete ones. 

Turnaround time: Sessions can be attended at no extra charge, otherwise jobs are usually ready the same day or soon after. For rush jobs which require us to work overtime, we charge an extra 50% on the copy charge (not the tape stock price). All custom wound jobs are subject to a few days lead time and 100 units minimum order. 

Printing: Straightforward laser-printed labels are included in the price; deduct 3p per cassette if no labels are required. We can quickly supply simple typeset inlay cards at the same time as we run your job: these cards are also laser-printed, and cost from just 10p each. We can add simple graphics or logos if you supply them on a PC or Mac CD or Zip disk as a small 300dpi tiff: we charge GBP55ph for graphics work. Cassettes: We use BASF superchrome tape as standard, and carefully align our machines to sound best with this tape. Clients may provide their own cassettes, in which case we will charge for just the copy time (labels and inlays cost extra if required). Client-supplied stock must be unused, unwrapped, and out of library cases. We cannot guarantee the quality of these jobs, as different brands of cassette have different audio characteristics.
